Poems : by Roberta Hall, [ca. 1934-1945]

Transcriptions by C.K. Bolton of poetry printed in the San Quentin Bulletin, the Illustrated Daily News (Los Angeles), and Alentour: A National Magazine of Poetry (Lowell, Mass.). Hall was considered a gifted but troubled poet who spent three years in San Quentin Prison for forging checks. After being paroled, she was on the staff of the Illustrated Daily News. She later married and was known as Mrs. Loren Stevens. Includes letters from Michael Largay of Alentour magazine.
